We Are Unity came to life in the space between consulting and creative. Since day one, we have delivered award-winning work that bridges the gap between those two distinct disciplines. Not only do we help our clients to understand their challenges, but we also define solutions and implement the initiatives that will inspire and drive change.

Allow us to introduce ourselves

Our three founders Ben Bars, Ben Da Costa and Nat Cagilaba opened the doors in 2012. Since then, we’ve grown into a diverse family of talented researchers, strategists, analysts, art directors, designers, writers and digital technologists.

We’re independent and privately owned, and operate across Asia Pacific, EMEA and the USA.

Having begun as a tiny team of three, we’re proud to look back now at all we’ve achieved. We’ve supported the transformations of hundreds of clients from all over the world, learning every step of the way through our hands-on approach to every project.

Our team has grown and expanded into exciting new areas of expertise. Perhaps most excitingly, we’ve developed our own unique methodology that’s changed the way our clients see the relationship between their people and their brand.
