With the proximity to and support of industry-shaping leaders, their challenge was to build a diverse, industry-changing team who are at the forefront of decision making for the world’s biggest brands and most interesting challenges of the 21st century.

However, in a competitive labour market, Quantium needed to develop a unique reputation as an employer, aligned with their Purpose to drive the attraction and retention of high performing talent, and position themselves as an employer of choice, and unlock a community of dedicated brand advocates.

Approach
Extensive data review (qualitative and quantitative), workshops, testing, strategy and validation to develop their Purpose, Values and Employee Value Proposition (EVP), provided a springboard to bring the 'Quantium Experience' to life in a way their people could truly feel it.

Bringing it to life
We created a visual manifestation of Quantium’s unique thinking process. Motion and stills that captured moments of problem solving, bespoke illustration showcased the thought process in the form of mind-mapping. This helped to create flexibility to communicate Quantium’s three Experience Pillars: Forge your Path, Find your Kind, Make an Impact.

Codifying Culture:
Fit for the Future

To authentically express the Quantium experience, we needed to first capture the essence of their culture. Together, we undertook a data-led cultural codification process – surfacing the “why” behind how they work and creating values that would resonate in real moments.

The result? A culture that’s not only clear and authentic, but widely adopted and celebrated across the organisation, with values now part of everyday conversations, decision-making and leadership.
